Earlier last week, I headed downtown to shoot an engagement session for Natalie & Aaron, whose wedding I unfortunately won’t be shooting in October. It’s really unfortunately because they are doing a destination wedding in Hawaii! And trust me, I’m realllly craving some time on the beach and some of those Hawaiin Host Caramacs from the Maui airport :)

This fun and energetic and couple had great chemistry and were a blast to shoot. I always appreciate when a couple likes to add a little something different to the shot, they certainly didn’t disappoint. When Natalie first contacted me, she mentioned the possibility of bringing their dog Koala. I definitely liked the idea, but had some concerns about the distractions and complications of shooting downtown. In the end, bringing Koala worked out very well and really showed a personal side of their lives.
